【About Natalie Huang
Natalie was born in Indonesia. Her father was Chinese-Indonesian and her mother was from the island of Kinmen. Nature has always been a source of inspiration for Natalie, and it is what inspired her to walk on the path of Yoga. Her passion for Yoga led her on a life-long spiritual journey of learning and teaching. With over 20 years of experience in teaching self-realization through yoga, Natalie wishes to explore life’s unlimited potential together with her students. Natalie has been living in Taiwan and teaching at Space Yoga for many years, she is a Yoga Alliance 500 E-RYT highly trained teacher. 

【About Lydia Chang
Lydia came from a yoga family, and she started learning yoga and meditation from her father at the age of 10 years old. In 2016, Lydia took a leap of faith to leave behind her successful career in Canada as a corporate accountant, to focus on guiding personal wellness retreats and mindfulness workshops. Lydia has led over 300 group wellness retreats, and her clients include corporates and students from 50+ countries. Lydia is a Yoga Alliance 500 E-RYT highly trained teacher, and also an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner. 

This year, Lydia is invited to become Wellness Director of Flow Retreat in Hualien, Taiwan. Through Flow Retreat, Lydia is looking forward to expanding her retreat offerings to helping more people discover balance in life.
