【Sustainable Mindful Retreat】3/3-3/5

It’s time for us to pause and reset our mind with mindfulness practice. We need to let go of all those fear and pressure from “could-have” , “should-be”, and “want-to” in our autopilot system and refocus on our true selves again, especially after what we have been through with COVID. We will learn from each other with local food, diverse sessions that designed with the spirit of Mother nature in this trip. Abundance and inner power will follow with clarity and calmness of our mind after all the practices with us.

Also, it’s the channel for him to connect with the world. Fortunately, there are more than 10,000 life travelers who have been and are on this road with Lemon.

Yoga helps me realize my dharma is to be the channel of wisdom and knowledge of wellness.  Mindfulness practice helps me experience that we all can live a life with our unique talent and gifts. Now, it’s time for everyone to shine the inner light through mindfulness cause we can only live once.

Through my own learning experiences from all kinds of teaching programs, lectures, and business projects in the past decade, “mindfulness” is indeed the most powerful practice for wellness in modern life. And it is also the necessary process of unblocking and rediscovering self, especially for women. This is why Goddess Yoga Academy was founded. Our mission is to integrate all the wisdom and tool box of holistic wellness for people who are dreaming of a happy and healthy life. With us, we can eventually be the change we want to see in this world.
