Vinyasa yoga is a invigorating form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. You’ll move from one pose to the next folllowing movement of the body with breath. Vinyasa is a fast-paced flow practice that builds heat, which helps to detoxify the body, strengthen muscles, and improve cardiovascular health. The continual focus on breathing while flowing through the poses also boosts respiratory health, calms the mind, and increases focus and concentration.
